About Ebru
ArchitectIndustrialistGrowth leader
Since 1998, I have built my career in corporate life as an architect and industrialist, managing projects in Türkiye and internationally. That path taught me to see both the design of a system and the realities of making it work across people, operations and decisions. Today, I bring that perspective to product, technology, creative teams and growth.
Approach
Good ideas need a way to become real.
Across architecture, industry, construction, high-tech and digital business, my focus is the space between a bold direction and the everyday decisions that bring it to life.
Translate vision into delivery
Create clear ownership, decision paths and a workable rhythm across teams, especially when priorities compete.
Connect disciplines
Bring product, software, hardware and creative perspectives into the same conversation, from concept to customer experience.
Make AI useful
Integrate AI into practical workflows with thoughtful human judgment, stronger collaboration and measurable purpose.
Work
Leadership across the seams.
I am at my best in scale and transition: when the challenge is less about finding one more idea and more about helping different disciplines deliver together.
2019 — Present
Current roleChief Growth Officer · CRATUSTECH
I work across product, technology and creative functions, helping turn leadership vision into shared priorities, clearer decisions and a more consistent delivery rhythm. My work also connects growth narratives with the products and teams behind them.
Perspective
The sea has shaped how I lead.
Sailing — including national team competition in centerboard classes and later yacht class — has been part of my life for more than forty years. Since 2017, I have also served as a sailing referee and am a member of the Istanbul Provincial Referee Board.
On the water, conditions change quickly. You learn to read the whole field, decide fairly, communicate clearly and trust the people beside you. Those principles stay with me in my work with teams.
A clear course gives people the confidence to move.
Connect
Let’s make the next move meaningful.
I welcome conversations about leadership, growth, product and the work of bringing complex teams together.
